Wedding Ceremony
We provide acoustic acts to set the perfect tone for your wedding wedding ceremony while guests arrive, for the bridal party entrances, and throughout your special ceremony and vows. We also provide full sound setup and equipment and microphones for your vows and speeches for you and your officiant to make sure your guests hear every word of your special moment clearly.
Cocktail Hour
We provide acoustic acts for cocktail hour, or can run your favorite playlists through our professional sound equipment. Just let us know the sound you’ll like, and we’ll set the musical ambiance for your special night.
Wedding Reception
Your reception can be a night to remember. We provide any setup you desire from full live bands of 5+ musicians with vocalists, keys, drums, percussion, bass, and strings; all the way to acoustic acts, or even simple DJ sets with your desired playlists.
We also can provide announcements for couples’ entrances, special dances, dinner order, speeches, announcements, and more. Aether Events handles all the audio for the night, setup, performances, and breakdowns so you would never have to lift a finger.
Grand Exit
End your night out with a bang! We provide announcements to help move guests out of the main venue areas and into your grand exit area where we can play acoustic performances or blast your favorite goodbye song to end your special night.
Pre-parties & addons
Your wedding is a full experience and we’re here to support every step of the way! We also perform at engagements, engagement announcement parties, bachelorette parties, bachelor parties, hen-dos, bridal showers, and can even do a special performance at your rehearsal dinner the night before your big day, or even perform at your family brunch the following day.

For your special day, we can cover any and all audio and sound needs! We work with all couples with all needs and budgets.
First and foremost, we highly suggest booking or most popular service, which is a live band for your wedding reception. Our live band performances are highly rated, and really set the tone for a fun night of celebrations. You can choose from acoustic sets, live bands, or using our sound equipment to play your favorite songs from your playlist.
For events of 100+ guests or more, we highly adding on our wedding ceremony package. It includes an acoustic set to greet guests as they enter that helps set the tone of the entire evening. It also includes audio equipment setup for your ceremony to ensure all your guests hear your ceremony vows as clear as possible and share the same beautiful moment.
All of our packages include a 1-hour consultation to make sure we cover all of your needs and wants on your special day.
It depends on your needs and vision for your big day! We have packages for all your needs and budgets.
We have entry-level packages of just 1-hour performances for wedding receptions broken down by just a single performer, a duo, trio, and all the way up to a full 5+piece live band.
For our premium clients that want a full day premium sound experience, we also have all-inclusive (6+) hour packages for an entire day of live bands, acoustic acts, performances, announcements, ceremony sound engineering, and much more throughout your special day from the moment guests arrive, the ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, and grand exits.
All of our packages are alacarte, so couples can pick and choose what services they really want and need that day (ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, or full day services). Our minimum package combination for our services is $1,000 and ranges up to $5,000. Most couples choose to spend around $3,000 for the perfect combination of sound packages, performances, and add-ons.
You can book Aether Events & Sound up to 3 years in advance. We highly suggest booking at least 3-6 months in advance, since our schedule does tend to book quickly, especially during high season.
Yes! You can book Aether Events & Sound for your travel and destination weddings. We typically work within the Florida region, but we can travel to your destination for your special day. Our destination wedding packages cover travel fees for these special events.
